Experimental software

Fold builds tech for a coin from one sentence, on Solana. Everything here — the build log, Explore, the credits sheet, the burn — is a work in progress and may break, change, or disappear at any time without notice.

Your keys, your transactions

Fold never holds your keys and never asks for them. Every payment is a transaction your own wallet signs, and an app’s money moves only through vaults whose rules and caps were locked when it went live. What a user deposits in an app, only that user can withdraw.

No warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, availability, accuracy, or non-infringement. You use it entirely at your own risk.

Not financial advice

Nothing on the site is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. No content here is a solicitation or recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. Do your own research (DYOR).

The Fold token

The Fold token is a utility-style token on Solana that the platform buys and burns with the fees it takes. It is not offered as a security or an investment product and carries no promise of value or return. One address is the token; anything else calling itself the Fold token is not it. Engage with it only if you understand and accept that risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the project and its contributors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, including loss of data or of assets you move through the site.

Governing terms

These terms are governed by generally applicable principles of the jurisdiction in which the project operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised terms.
